How the wearable works
The wearable is operated with a single button and gives feedback through an LED and a buzzer (vibration). It measures your posture and nudges you with a vibration when you move or sit in a way that puts strain on your back.
Corrective vibration
Depending on whether a risk movement or a risk posture is registered, the wearable gives a different vibration signal:
- Risk movement (bending or overextending): a strong, short vibration.
- Risk posture (staying bent over): a subtle but persistent vibration that only stops when you return to the green zone.
The corrective vibration can be switched off temporarily with a triple press (silent mode), see Operating the wearable.
Getting started
- Take the wearables out of the Pro Kit (this switches them on).
- Attach the collar and belt wearables.
- Calibrate to set your neutral posture.
- Get to work. The wearable vibrates whenever you need to correct your posture.
For what each button press and LED colour means, see Operating the wearable.
