Installation of the SpineWise Pro Kit App

Windows

Click here to download the app. Open the downloaded SpineWise Pro Kit Setup.exe file, and the app will automatically open after installation. If this is not the case, you can search for the app among the existing apps on your computer.

Mac

Click here to download the app. Unzip the downloaded SpineWise Pro Kit - Mac.zip compressed folder. Move the .app file to the /Applications folder to complete the installation.

The wearables are not showing in the Pro Kit application when connected to the computer.

The installation of a driver is required to communicate correctly with the wearables. This is currently included in the installer, but might sometimes fail to install. You can download the driver manually here:More info & download the 'Universal Windows Driver'.

After downloading the file, unzip it, right-click on the 'silabser.inf' file, press install, and follow the steps of the program. If the installation is successful, you will see a confirmation screen.

You may only see the name of the files, but not the type of file ('.inf' in this case). You can then recognize the correct file by the gear wheel.

Now you can proceed to register your account or log in with an existing account. If this has already been done, you can continue with the usage of the wearables.
